The Flow of Energy: Reversing What We’ve Been Taught
In school, we are taught a certain order: the mind leads, the body follows, and the soul… well, it’s somewhere out there.
This perspective shapes how we see ourselves, how we make decisions, and how we interact with the world.
We are taught to think first, then act, and only occasionally consider our emotions, intuition, or deeper essence.
What if we’ve had it backwards all along?
What if instead of the mind leading, it is actually one universal consciousness that moves through us?
This consciousness, beyond individual thought, is the foundation of all existence.
From this field of infinite intelligence, the soul emerges—not as something
separate or distant, but as the first point of connection.
The soul communicates to the body, guiding it through feelings, sensations, and a 'knowing'.
And finally, the body informs the mind, allowing thoughts to form not as the commander, but as the interpreter.
This means that instead of thinking our way through life, we are
actually designed to feel first, act in alignment, and let the mind process afterward.
If we learn to reverse our conditioning, we can begin to notice how the soul speaks.
It doesn’t use words—it communicates through intuition, synchronicity, and deep inner knowing.
It nudges us toward choices that align with our higher purpose, even when they don’t seem logical at first.
Have you ever had a gut feeling about something before your mind could even make sense of it?
That’s the soul at work. And when we trust this inner guidance, we move with the natural flow of life rather than against it.
The body is not just a machine responding to the mind’s commands.
It is an incredibly intelligent system, constantly communicating energy.
It holds emotions, reacts to our environment, and even manifests what is unprocessed within us.
When the soul communicates its wisdom, the body picks it up first—through sensations, tension,
relaxation, or an unexplainable pull toward something.
By tuning into the body, we can recognize when we are in flow or when we are resisting.
The heart races when we are excited, the stomach tightens when something feels off, and our breath
deepens when we are at peace. Learning to listen to these cues is key to realigning with our true path.
The mind is not meant to be the master—it is meant to be the servant of the soul and body.
Its role is to process, organize, and make sense of what the body and soul already know.
But in modern society, we have given the mind the steering wheel, forcing it to figure everything out on
its own, often leading to stress, anxiety, and disconnection from our deeper selves.
When we let the mind take a step back and trust the wisdom flowing from consciousness
to soul to body, we no longer rely solely on logic—we move with a deeper intelligence.
Reversing this conditioned way of thinking takes practice, but it is entirely possible. Here are a few ways to start reconnecting with the true flow of energy:
When we shift our understanding and trust the natural order of energy, life becomes more intuitive, fluid, and meaningful.
We don’t have to overthink our way through life—we can feel it, embody it, and experience it fully.
The question is: Are you ready to let go of control and allow the flow to guide you?
